RemedyMeds’ Trustpilot listing read 4.6 out of 5 from 13,562 reviews when we checked on 27 August 2026 — 85% five-star, 7% one-star, and one of the two largest review bases in this category. The Better Business Bureau tells the other half of the story: an F grade, not accredited, with 455 complaints in three years — 378 of them in the last twelve months — driven by unresolved and unanswered complaints.
The complaint file is about billing
The BBB complaints and the one-star Trustpilot band repeat the category’s standard grievance: auto-renewal charges people did not expect and refunds the terms do not offer. The terms are strict — read them below before you pay.
The service reviews well
The five-star majority concentrates on fast clinician responses, the included labs actually being included, and delivery arriving cold and on time — the parts of the pitch that are checkable, checking out.
Reading the ratings together
A huge invited-review base and an F from the complaints bureau are not contradictory: one measures the average experience, the other measures how the company handles its worst cases. Both are real signals.

Two tiers, both 4-week supplies billed monthly with no long-term contract. Here is what its pages showed on 27 August 2026:

The monthly price includes the prescription from a licensed clinician, unlimited visits and messaging, any labs you need, monthly check-ins with dose adjustments, and the cold-chain shipping. There is also a Microdose plan — the same medication at half the dose twice a week, pitched at people who want to start gently — with its price shown at the start of the signup flow. Branded Ozempic and Zepbound are offered at retail pricing.
The parts nobody else includes
Bloodwork. If your clinician needs labs before prescribing, RemedyMeds covers the cost through LabCorp, Quest or BioReference (New York and New Jersey route through BioReference, Rhode Island through Quest) — and if you already have A1C, thyroid, metabolic-panel and lipid results from the last 24 months, those are accepted instead. Every other program on this site treats labs as your problem.
Switching without the restart. If you are already on a GLP-1 elsewhere, RemedyMeds’ pages state your clinician picks up at your current dose with no gap — you are not sent back to the starter dose to re-climb the titration ladder. For an established patient this is the difference between a paperwork change and two months of lost progress.
Named clinical entities. Unusually for this category, the terms name the medical groups that actually deliver care — OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, Rezilient, Reliant MD and the JMP Medical entities. The compounding pharmacies, however, are not named.
The refund promise — what it actually requires
The marketing promises a refund to members who do not reach their goal weight, subject to terms, and the asterisk is doing real work. As published in the terms (last updated 5 December 2025):
What the warranty offers
- A refund of membership fees if you do not lose the weight you designated at intake within your designated period.
- Verification by doctor’s attestation or a self-recorded scale video with a code recited on camera.
- Processed within 30 days when approved.
The conditions attached
- New customers only; goal period must be at least 12 weeks; goal capped at 50% of starting weight.
- You must have taken at least 12 consecutive weekly doses, and used no other weight-loss medication in the past 12 months.
- The refund is capped at the first four months of membership fees.
- Final eligibility is “at the sole discretion of the Company.”
Outside the warranty, the refund rule is one sentence: “Once paid, your Program Membership Fee is non-refundable.” You can cancel anytime with at least 48 hours’ notice before your renewal date — via the member portal’s profile tab — and service runs to the end of the paid term. Auto-renewal continues until you do, and a failed charge can be retried for up to 30 days.
The regulatory record
On 9 September 2025 the FDA sent Remedy Meds a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 716830), part of a fifty-plus letter sweep across the compounded GLP-1 industry, citing false or misleading marketing claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The company’s pages still carry aggressive results marketing — specific weight amounts, member percentages and speed comparisons presented without published methodology, so we report them here as claims, not results. And the standing reminder that applies to this whole category: the compounded products themselves are not FDA-approved.
Data breach litigation. OpenLoop Health, one of the clinical partners named in the terms, disclosed a data breach in January 2026 that is now the subject of pending class actions naming Remedy Meds among others.
